Puedes comprar un bote de Hidratos de CArbono para verter en el agua y con eso conseguirias tomar la glucosa como indican.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Normalmente se venden unos botes de Hidratos + Proteinas.&lt;BR/&gt;Son los mas recomendables para estos temas. El porcentaje creo que es un70+30 o asi.
